In research and customer projects, we combine state-of-the-art technology and human needs in order to put technology at the service of society in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Applying user-centered methods and approaches of usability engineering and design thinking, we research and design inspiring user and customer experiences. The focus lies on innovations that create sustainable added value. If required, we evaluate and optimize solutions in our Consumer Innovation Lab under realistic living lab conditions. 

With our technical expertise, we ensure feasible future concepts by seamlessly integrating modern technologies such as generative AI into processes in a human-centered way and optimizing them. With our smart solutions, we create the basis for a digital circular economy and design stakeholder-centered distributed IT systems.

We additionally offer trainings, workshops & vocational trainings to obtain Fraunhofer certificates in the fields of usability, innovation engineering, AI, circular economy and digitalization.
